Return

The first step to initiating a return requires issuing a return label to your customer, after this happens and the product arrives at the warehouse our returns inspection process is initiated. We closely examine the contents of each package before determining whether or not it can be returned to the shelf. If the product passes inspection then it is logged as an incoming β€œreturn” in our WMS, this information is then pulled into a daily report and sent back to you. Returns/kitting/displays
