Angel initially began working in warehousing and distribution in 1996 for Nike. Over the intervening twenty-eight years, he has gathered extensive knowledge about every aspect of the 3PL/contract logistics industry. His expertise, honed while working with companies of all sizes, allows him to provide valuable insights on everything from materials sourcing to last-mile delivery and anything in between. He founded Logistics Angels in 2024 with the goal of fostering a culture of continuous improvement, forging meaningful partnerships, and driving innovation.

Angel lives just outside of Portland, Oregon, with his wife and three children. In his free time, he enjoys running and spending quality time with his family

Mark has over 25 years of experience in logistics. He started with UPS where he quickly demonstrated a keen eye for problem-solving in tech operations and business analytics. As Director of IT and Finance, he brings a deep understanding of logistics and an unparalleled eye for precision.

He recently retired as a Chief Petty Officer from the Coast Guard Reserve after 24 years of distinguished service, with notable deployments to Kuwait, Guantanamo Bay, and the Puget Sound. Mark is now based in Portland, Oregon, where he enjoys spending time on the water. He also volunteers as Skipper of Sea Scout Ship 601, where he teaches teens boating and sailing skills on the Columbia River.

Irina has been working in logistics for over ten years. During her time in the field she has worked at every level from supervising distribution teams to managing multi-client facilities overseeing the needs of customers such as Daimler and Nike. Over the course of her career she has developed the ability to quickly identify process gaps and remedy them.

Irina’s resolve and commitment to ensuring rigorous adherence to operational standards guarantees tangible and measurable improvements to process.

She currently lives in Portland Oregon, but enjoys traveling to see her children and grandchildren in Florida.



Kevin’s logistics background began with Litton Industries in 1984. Since then, he has worked at a supervisory or managerial level at several fulfillment centers. Kevin developed his ability to assemble teams, with an emphasis on harmony, communication, and efficiency. He believes in promoting a culture where all can participate in and benefit from its success.

Kevin has been with his wife Cathleen for 40 years. He has one son and 2 granddaughters. Kevin enjoys spending his free time working on his Hot Rod or participating in his model railroad club.

Rachel began her career in warehousing as a material handler in 2018. She made an immediate impact developing and refining processes while opening a multi-client warehouse. Shortly after codifying the processes surrounding daily warehouse operations she assumed a supervisory role.
While managing an inbound team she continued to implement improvements and ensure that the most efficient steps were being taken to meet customer demands.

Rachel is a mother of four children and a grandmother of eight. Family time is the most important time for me. She also enjoys hiking, traveling, and cooking.

Connor began his career in warehousing five years ago, quickly rising through the ranks due to his ability to rapidly learn and improve processes, dedication, and solution-focused approach. He has since played a pivotal role in launching new warehouse operations, onboarding customers in a 3PL environment, and driving financial reporting and tech implementation in both multi- and single-client facilities.

Connor’s versatility is his greatest asset, and he is a strong advocate for solutions-oriented practices. Based in Roanoke, Virginia, Connor enjoys spending time with his family and, in his free time, enjoys reading, cycling, and running.
